General agreement conditions:

  • All prices quoted above will be confirmed once a waste profile is submitted for approval.
  • All prices quoted above are for material received as profiled.
  • Material received other than profiled may be subject to additional charges.
  • All Fuels blending pricing is based on material with 5000 BTU’s or greater. Material with less than 5000 BTU’s will incur additional charges.
  • Ashland will supply pre-printed labels and shipping documents for each shipment
  • All empty drums that are scheduled for pickup must be clean and have all the appropriate bungs in place.
  • Terms Net 30 days
